To accelerate and expand our Edtech services to the greater audience, BacBon is seeking applications from Pedagogy Expert to join our dynamic EdTech Department. The major responsibility of the role is to improve the quality of teaching and learning by focusing on pedagogical practices, curriculum development, and creating effective learning environments in digital and non-digital sphere.

Salary:

40K-60K


Office Hour:

9:00 AM to 5:00 PM


Job Description:

  • - Lead specific teacher training programmes and technology component of the education programme by focusing on development and planning.
  • - Programme management, monitoring and delivery of results including Programme Document (PD) management.
  • - Technical and operational support for the development of the teacher training programmes and to integrate and harness technology approaches in programme implementation to overcome challenges of access, inclusion, quality of instruction and learning loss.
  • - Networking and partnership building to support teacher training and the use of technology in education programming in the Rohingya education response and with host communities.
  • - Innovation, knowledge management and capacity building on EdTech solutions being implemented.

Job Requirements

  • - An advanced university degree (Master's or higher) in education, economics, psychology, sociology, or relevant technical field is required.
  • - A minimum of 04 years of professional experience as a Padagogist or curriculum development and education program planning, management, and/or research in education.
  • - Strong knowledge of integrating technology into teaching practice and connecting pedagogy and technology use to improve teaching.
  • - Experience supporting technology-based education curriculum and teaching.
  • - Fluency in English is required.
